Synth-pop trio Chvrches have released the stunning and atmospheric music video for “Leave A Trace”. The video follows the recent release of “Never Ending Circles”. Both singles are taken from their upcoming album Every Open Eye, which will be out on the 25th of September. The video begins with rippling water creating a background for the band’s logo, and vocalist Lauren Mayberry emerges from an abundance of fog in a stylish black dress. The water theme is present throughout and includes many shots of Mayberry walking and laying on the surface. It’s difficult to be unmoved by the visuals and the gentle melody of the song. The piece, directed by Warren & Nick, is simple but that only enhances its beauty and keeps the viewer captivated. Watch the video below.
