Coldplay made an appearance on James Corden’s Late Late Show in the US, performing two tracks from their new album live. Their recent album A Head Full Of Dreams was released last week (December 4). It is currently battling with Adele’s 25 for the Number One spot in this week’s Official UK Album Chart.
Following their LP release, Coldplay performed “Adventure Of A Lifetime” and “A Head Full Of Dreams” on Corden’s late-night talk show. During one of the bands performances, they were joined onstage by the host himself playing piano. You can watch the performance below.
Chris Martin recently discussed working with Noel Gallagher on “A Head Full Of Dreams”: “It was really great that day when Noel and Jonny [Buckland, guitarist] were duelling. They both were there showing each other licks and Noel was like [adopts a Manchester accent] ‘Yeah that’s alright, what about this?’ And it came together over a few hours. It was lovely.”
