Weather girls have always been the targets of emails concerning their apparel, but this is just ridiculous. Los Angeles TV station KLTV has come under attack for its puritan behaviour by making weather reporter Liberte Chan cover up what to my mind is a far from revealing dress with a grey cardigan.
The presenters cool response and apology for her apparel was greeted with praise, but the actions of the station brought a storm of criticism that ranged from “Is this a joke?” to the edgier, “Grow up and stop acting like Isis”
Whoever’s right or wrong, I cannot say but all I know that is that this is just ridiculous.
