Chicago rapper CupcakKe has announced her upcoming The 10k Tour and promised to give away $10,000 to one randomly selected audience member on each night of the tour.
“I present to everyone The 10k Tour (Giveaway)!” she wrote in a tweet. “I will be giving away $10,000!!! Every night of the tour I will be calling a random name out of a hat & that will be the winner of the night & I will do it every night of the tour!!!”.
The 10k Tour, starts on September 8 at Buzz/Cut Queer Music Festival in Indianapolis. CupcakKe will perform in 21 US cities, including Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia and Orlando, and wrap the whole thing up on October 6 in Austin. The forthcoming tour is not only a chance to win some extra cash, but also an opportunity to watch one of the year’s most revolutionary and X-rated female rappers perform live.
CupcakKe’s latest single “Ayesha” was released last month, and her most recent studio album Eden came out in 2018. In April this year, the artist dropped her version of Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road”. The raunchy remix, titled “Old Town Hoe”, also got its western-themed video.
Unfortunately, CupcakKe’s tour plans don’t include the UK for the moment, so broke British fans will have to wait patiently for their turn to take part in the lottery.
