Ezra Miller In Talks For ‘Harry Potter’ Spinoff ‘Fantastic Beasts’ | Film News
Ezra Miller is in talks to add to his Warner Bros. cinematic acting collection. Already cast as DC Universe’s The Flash, the studio is now considering him as a role in the Harry Potter spinoff, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The film will take place in New York roughly 70 years before Harry Potter’s first encounter with Voldemort. Previous Harry Potter director David Yates is set to direct the new trilogy, Miller will join a cast of Eddie Redmayne, who is set to play zoologist Newt Scamander, Katherine Waterman, Michael Cera and Josh Gad. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is set for a November 2016 release.
