Florida Musician Tanner Boyle Dazzles With His Second Single ‘Headphones’

Tanner Boyle, a rising star in the Southeast singer-songwriter scene, is making a splash with the release of his second single, “Headphones”.

Originally from Florida and currently residing in St. Pete, Tanner has been immersed in music since childhood. His parents raised him to the sounds of James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, The Indigo Girls, The Eagles, and Van Morrison, inspiring his passion for musical harmony.

After starting playing guitar regularly in college, Tanner recently launched himself onto the national recording scene, following an inspiring stay at a writing retreat with Ryan Montbleau in Vermont. This experience was the trigger that inspired him to write regularly.

His varied musical influences, including Amos Lee, Jason Mraz, Allen Stone and Leon Bridges, are reflected in his powerful and pure vocal style, while his lyrics are both catchy and easily identifiable.

His first single, “What You Missed”, released in May 2023, was very well received, sparking enthusiasm for the rest of his career. “Headphones”, his second single, confirms this promising momentum, offering a nostalgic and groove-rich musical experience.

Inspired by a childhood memory of watching a friend’s Dad plug his headphones into a giant receiver, the track is a deft blend of pop, Americana, R&B and soul.

With “Headphones,” Tanner Boyle continues to captivate audiences with his exceptional vocal talent and ability to fuse different musical genres to create a unique sonic experience.

This promising single brilliantly announces the imminent release of his first album, thus confirming his promising place on the emerging music scene.
