The hunt for the next Saturday night hit continues. The BBC has turned to Gary Barlow in its never ending quest to capitalise on Saturday night viewers, with the singer and all round national treasure attempting to find a new Take That star to take part in a Mamma Mia-style musical. This reminds me of those Andrew Lloyd Webber Shows, oh those were the days.
Let It Shine will be presented by Graham Norton and The Great British Bake Off’s Mel Giedroyc, and the show will be putting together a group of singers to join the new stage show The Band, of course featuring the music of Take That.
