Iggy Pop and Josh Homme have performed a secret ahead of the release of their upcoming album Post Pop Depression, which is due on March 18.
As reported by Stereogum, the show took place in Los Angeles last night (March 9) at The Teregram Ballroom, where the duo played tracks from the new album, as well as Iggy’s 1977 hit “Lust For Life”, of which you can watch a video taken from someone in the audience.
The gig is just the first of a few shows that Iggy and Homme have planned in order to support the LP; indeed, the band will play a run of shows, starting from March 28 in Seattle and stopping in various American cities before kicking off the European leg of the tour.
