Jack Black And Boy George Cover The Doors ‘Hello, I Love You’ | Music News

Jack Black and Boy George teamed up as an unlikely duo on TV show Conan. Talking on the US chat show, Black and Boy George were discussing their love of The Doors and how Jim Morrison is one of their favourite artist when show presenter Conan O’Brien asked them if they would be willing to perform together. Their arms didn’t need twisting at all and they were more than happy to follow the request through.

They played their own interpretation of The Doors classic “Hello, I Love You”. With them on the stage was The Doors guitarist Robby Krieger, who made the performance even more special. Jack Black and Boy George, unique in their own rights, have made a very interesting duo that actually works. Both of their voices compliment each other and the song has been given a new lease of life.

Boy George is due to perform with his band Culture Club on September 5 at a one off special gig at London’s Eventim Apollo. They are currently touring America before heading back home to the UK. Watch Jack Black and Boy George performing “Hello, I Love You” live on Conan below.
