On October 20, before the official release of “Sorry”, Justin Bieber teased fans with an acoustic black-and-white clip of the song. The clip only lasted for twelve seconds, but on October 26 the full-length version – which includes Bieber and Skrillex playing on skateboards – was uploaded. Any stripped-based version of a song tends to emphasise how clear and crisp the vocals are, and this is no exception; Bieber even shows off a vocal technique that Skrillex tries to imitate at the end.
“Sorry” was released on October 22 and will feature on upcoming album Purpose which can be pre-ordered here.
