The focal point of the instrumentation is a hypnotic tick-tock-like sound that can be heard throughout and blends into the rest of the electronic synth led backing. The video features people skating a lot and even features Bieber himself along with the lyrics which are centred around women’s tendency to be indecisive according to the man himself.
