Khalid + Normani + Rick Ross – Love Lies (Remix) | New Music
Khalid and Normani‘s passionate duet “Love Lies” has picked up steam since its February release, on Valentine’s Day to be exact. Following on after the singers brought their hit to the Billboard Music Awards stage back in May, Rick Ross has decided to jump in and add a verse to a brand new official remix.
With the original featuring on the soundtrack for the movie Love, Simon, which came out back in March, this new edition of “Love Lies” sees Rick Ross take the lead as he gushes about his desire to spoil a woman who has caught his eye.
“You inspire so much that I write/She’s my van Gogh, such a work of art/This where my love lies in this sensitive heart,” he raps over the warm, slow-burning melody before Khalid and Normani’s original verses follow suit.
