Pop singer and songwriter Lana Del Rey has been teasing fans about her upcoming single, of which we already know the title, “White Dress”. Last Sunday, she posted on her Instagram account two short videos without any captions.
The first video looks like the beginning of the music video with the usual same Lana style, featuring old-fashioned clothes, in the middle of the desert, a vintage car, and more. In the second clip, we are faced with a young Lana talking about her future, saying, “somebody who actually knows how to make videos like John Waters or David Lynch“.
After these videos, we can already guess which style she’s going with for the video, from the polaroid effect, having this summer vibes coming through, to the white dress of course and also the roller-skates, as well as maybe the artistic director that she has been talking about wanting to collaborate with for a long time.
The upcoming single is taking from her 7th studio album Chemtrails Over The Country Club, which she produced with Jack Antonoff. The album should arrive on March 19, after being delayed a few times already.
After releasing a few singles over the last few months, such as “Chemtrails Over The Country Club” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone” from the movie The End Of The Storm which came out last year, we are hoping that in March, she will be able to release this album.
