Known for their preppy floral prints, American label Lilly Pulitzer has collaborated with US superstore Target for a capsule collection to be released in time for summer. The 250+ piece collection, which is comprised of clothing, accessories, home-ware, bags and footwear, features typically Lilly Pulitzer sorbet prints and fabrics. The retro-inspired line, which launches online and in the States on April 19, follows a list of a-list designers that have collaborated with the US chain. Peter Pilotto, Isaac Misrahi and Zac Posen have all previously created collections with the company, but Lilly Pulitzer will be the first in Target’s history with a plus size selection of clothing.
