Los Angeles Band Midnight Dive Releases New Single ‘Send A Sign’

Los Angeles band Midnight Dive has released a new single called “Send A Sign“.

It’s a swampy-blues meets Phantom of the Opera, alt-rock anthem (if villains had anthems), and the second single off the new forthcoming album Paradox.

Featuring lyrics written from the point of view of a religious leader leading his flock right off a cliff for his own personal gain, and accompanied by a roaring choir of chanting vocals, dirty guitars, and church organs.

Crafted in that space between days, Midnight Divide is a cinematic alt-rock group with a magnetically fierce sound that’s been electrifying audiences since late 2015. Based in Los Angeles, the band is comprised of singer/songwriter and producer Austen Moret, Jace McPartland, Dan Beltran, and Bryan King filling in for most live shows on drums.

Inspired by the sounds of bands like Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead, TV On The Radio, Muse, and Royal Blood, Moret’s sucker-punch vocals are always laid over a backdrop of scorching in-your-face alt-rock goodness that’ll have you desperate for more!

Midnight Divide began as a project in 2015, with the release of his debut EP Embrace The Wave, followed by Dichotomy (EP) in 2017, and his third EP, Weapons Grade Amnesia in 2019. His debut album Paradox is being rolled out with a single each month, for all of 2023.
