Mark Ronson Is Named A Patron Of The Amy Winehouse Foundation | Music News

Mark Ronson is set to become one of the patrons of the Amy Winehouse Foundation at an event that is due to be held in London. The Amy Winehouse Foundation Gala will be be the fourth of its kind, and is due to be held at The Savoy on the 15 October with Mark Ronson attending as a guest of honour.

 

Mark Ronson commented the event saying: “Becoming a patron of the Amy Winehouse Foundation is a big deal to me, it’s very important to help the great work that they are already doing, both with substance misuse and helping talented disadvantaged youth through music. Amy’s music touched so many and also helped them—and now through the Foundation, it continues to help people.”

 

Nas and Amy Winehouse’s producer Salaam Remi are also due to become a patron, while Foxes, Ella Henderson, Jess Glynne, Jermaine Jackman and Vanessa Feltz will become ambassadors.
