Mercury Prize Nominees Jungle Announce Biggest Tour To Date | Music News

 

70’s funk style trio Jungle have announced their biggest UK tour to date. The band’s 2015 national tour will see them perform twelve dates at some of the best ‘new music’ venues around the country. Originally performing in 2010 band Born Blond, members Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland formed Jungle in early 2013, with fellow musician Fraser MacColl.

 

Releasing single “The Heat” on the 21st of October 2013, their self titled album Jungle reached number 7 on the Official UK album chart. The group’s ever growing popularity has also seen them receive various nominations from top music industry awards, including the BBC Sound of 2014 and the prestigious Barclaycard Mercury Prize. The West London collective are set to be the next big thing!
