A brand new thriller movie is on its way and the cast is welcoming two new actors. Nelson Lee and Krista Allen have been announced to join the cast of the upcoming movie Five Below.
The thriller movie is scheduled to be filmed this Summer. The film is described as a new take on the meta-human sci-fi genre. In this high concept sci-fi thriller, some members of the cast had already been announced such as Steven Strait from the TV series The Expanse.
Mike Le Han from Mrs. Peppercorn’s Magical Reading Room will be directing as well as producing. Regards the rest of the cast and the premises, the film plot is still under wraps for the moment.
The film will be scripted by Nick Brown, and it will be the first in a franchise of low-budget, high-concept science-fiction films made by Le Han’s newly formed outfit, RedOne Studios.
Nelson Lee who recently featured in the live-action Mulan movie and Krista Allen from Final Destination will be featuring so that could be interesting, but we don’t know their characters and their role in the movie just yet.
Liam Finn from Two Eyes and Midnight Movie and Le Han are producing the movie, and they are already in talks to have a sequel to Five Below and according to Deadline, it is already in development.
We will have to wait until the filming starts to get more information on the cast and maybe even the story behind this title.
