A break from any other fantastic series is just what we need and luckily for us, Marie Kondo is back on our screens for a brand new series titled Sparkling Joy. The series will be released in the summer, just in time for a decluttering from these hectic six first months of 2021.
Concerning the series itself, Marie Kondo is going to walk us through how to let go of all the things that do not spark joy in our lives, as she expands her decluttering skills from just the home, as she did with her 2019 series Tidying up With Marie Kondo, to organisations and communities.
In her first series with Netflix, Marie told us how tidying up can affect not only the visuals of our home but also our state of mind, as she changed people’s lives just by organizing and giving tips to keep it like that.
As well as the new show Sparkling Joy, Marie Kondo and Netflix have also renewed her previous shows Get Organized With The Home Edit and Dream Home Makeover, which were a real hit on the platform in their debut seasons.
Speaking on Twitter, Marie Kondo said, “In this show, I take my teachings beyond the home to share how the life-changing magic of tidying can transform our communities, too. I can’t wait for you to see it!“.
Regarding the release date, we only know it will be out by the Summer but we don’t have an exact date, so we will have to look out for updates, and we should also know soon enough where the Marie Kondo will be visiting in the new series.
