The Flash may have defeated The Reverse Flash in CW’s hit comic book adaptation, but new enemies are set to appear to trouble the Scarlet Speedster. Grant Gustin, who plays The Flash, recently won the ‘Breakthrough Performance Award’ at the 41st Annual Saturn Awards and shared a few clues about what to expect from the next season. Gustin revealed that season 2 will feature a new main villain, saying that the show is introducing, “a really cool ‘big bad’ that’s going to be revealed kind of immediately”. No clues as to who the main antagonist will be, but many are expecting Mirror Master to make an appearance in the second season.
