Nickelodeon To Revive ‘Legends Of The Hidden Temple’ As TV Movie | TV News
As part of Nickelodeon’s plans to renew original titles for the modern audience, the once popular 90’s game show Legends Of The Hidden Temple will be re-imagined as a live action TV movie. According to recent reports, the film will retain key elements that had originally appeared in the original show, such as Olmec the giant talking statue, and The Steps of Knowledge.
The plot is suggested to follow three siblings trying to overcome similar challenges like its predecessor, with the biggest wager being life or death. The Legends of The Hidden Temple originally drew inspiration from Indiana Jones, and ran through 1995-2004. Among other shows that are recently being planned for renewal is Hey Arnold! which has been greenlit for a two part animated film.
