Alan Partridge will be returning to our television sets in February with a second series of Mid-Morning Matters. It’s been a long time coming for Partridge fans, with the first series airing on Sky Atlantic back in 2012. Partridge is played by actor and comedian Steve Coogan, who said in regards to the show’s return, “I am both thrilled, humbled, gladdened and excited to be bringing Mid Morning Matters back to Sky Atlantic”. As with the first series, the series will be written by Coogan alongside Neil and Rob Gibbons.
As well as a second series of Mid-Morning Matters, there is also rumoured to be a sequel in the works for Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa so keep an eye out for that one too Partridge fans!
