As he prepares to go back out on the road for a US tour, Paul McCartney decides to serve up a New Years gift at the dawn of 2019 with the unveiling of a brand new song. “Get Enough” is the brand new track from the 76-year-old Beatles legend and follows 2018’s Egypt Station.
The welcomed new single is a collaboration with Zach Skelton and the talented OneRepublic singer-songwriter Ryan Tedder and sees McCartney bracing new frontiers; a modern-sounding pop canvas which allows him to experiment with auto-tune. Peculiar and ambitious but definitely not to be slept on.
Tedder worked with Paul McCartney previously on the track “Fuh You” which comes from the Egypt Station project, which McCartney shared could have also featured Kanye West, another previous collaborator, bu opted to turn him down.
