The French DJ and producer Petit Biscuit was only 15 years old, when he released his smooth breakthrough hit “Sunset Lover“, which might be the only track you may know from him, but a remarkable one. Now he’s 18, he has an EP, an album and a few collaborations under his belt.
One of his latest works “Problems“, featuring the vocals of another young emerging producer Lido, now also has a music video. Directed by Tony Datis and shot in Paris, the visuals depict a friendship between two kids, in parallel with two cats and also Petit Biscuit himself with a beautiful girl. Norwegian musician Lido is alone, traveling on a bus and narrating the love story.
Petit Biscuit (real name Mehdi Benjelloun) described his song as “something between house, pop, and funk“. When he first met Lido (Peder Losnegård), he only knew him as a producer and loved his works. Once he heard his vocals, decided that it could fit perfectly to his track.
