When not serving as one of the judges of the rap talent show Hennessy VS Class, rapper Phlow is serving up music. After dropping her latest 6 track EP Gloria, the follow-up to her mini EP Asuai Vol. 2, the Lagos MC hits us with another dose of Phlow as she unveils the new music video for “Fall“.
Produced by Echo The Guru, “Fall” serves as the EP closer and finds Phlow accompanying her powerfully poetic lyrics with sprinkles of melodies and vocals. The video was shot by Elviin Bade at the 1st ever BMX/Skateboarding competition held in Lagos in January – Gidi Throw Down.
Phlow is clearly existing in her own element. The track is a refreshing cut from Phlow and the EP as a whole embodies how far she has come. The EP is host to notable features, like soul singer Maka, Afropop singer Khandie from emerging pop group 5quad, US rapper Vitamin Cea and Actor/singer Scarlet.
