According to TMZ, Rick Ross has been arrested in Georgia and allegedly charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery. This follows the allegations from earlier this month that he pistol-whipped a man working at one of his homes to stop him from leaving. Variety also reports that Ross’ bodyguard, Nadrian James has also been arrested. TMZ updated their reports today saying Ross got into an argument with a groundskeeper that was working at his home. He interrogated him at gunpoint and pistol-whipped him, breaking the man’s jaw and injuring his neck. Billboard also reports that Ross has been denied bail and is currently being held in Fayette County Jail.
