As part of the ongoing New York Shoe Expo, The 2014 Footwear News Achievement Awards welcomed Sarah Jessica Parker, known for her great taste in fashion, and former reality TV star Nicole Richie, to their annual ceremony on Wednesday (December 4) sponsored by Zappos Couture, FFANY and the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America, where Parker and Richie won the Launch of the Year and Influencer of the Year awards respectively. Parker’s SJP footwear is aimed at the top end of the market with prices starting at $350 (£223) and featuring in stores like Bloomingdales. The fashion savvy actress is also flying to Dubai to launch her range in the UAE. Nicole Richie on the other hand designs footwear for her more affordable House of Harlow range which is priced between $60 (£38) and $225 (£143).
