German producer and composer Shuko has released a new tune called “Nothing’s Gonna Change”. He’s most recognised for his work with global sensation Anderson.Paak, Timberland, Zara Larson, and Talib Kweli, but today, he unleashes what is destined to be one of the feel-good songs of 2021.
Two generations of soul vocalists, Lee Fields and Welsh diva Nia Wyn, are featured on the future hit track. Their voices, which are both wholly unique and diametrically opposed, are a perfect match. The combination is tough to resist, thanks to Shuko’s impeccable production and groove-heavy beats.
The song’s foundation came from a previous session with Lee Fields, and a few years later, Shuko ran across Nia and her distinctive voice via Spotify Radar, he instantly contacted her, and “Nothing’s Gonna Change” was completed.
The song is as upbeat lyrically as it is musically, and serves as a timely reminder to live in the moment, that true pleasure comes from inside, and that we could all use a little more laughter. The tune, which is both empowering and contagious, arrives at a time when we could all benefit from its pure joy and hope.
