A powerful acoustic guitar ballad, it delves deep into the memories of a past failed relationship wishing the mistakes that were made never caused it to end. The music video is a direct reflection of the concept as it sequentially portrays how the good thing Sonny once had went sour.
Sonny says: “‘Aint Too Proud To Beg’ is about looking back regretfully on a relationship. Realising you made mistakes and being desperate to put them right again. This song means so much to me because it’s based on a personal experience and I feel like it’s a relatable situation that so many people go through – not knowing what you had until It’s too late.”
