British-Colombian singer-songwriter Stephanie Santiago has teamed up with Colombian singer-songwriter Lianna for a new single “Suave” released on January 17! She has partnered up with producer Santiago Morales or “Alma de la Selva” to create between them, a new EP titled Theory Of Emotion.
Stephanie Santiago has been immersed in music since she was a teenager. The artist became known thanks to her track “Want Out” which was broadcasted on SBTV in 2016, on British and Colombian radios including BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra.
The performer who can easily produce several genres of music has performed in London at the British Summer Time Festival, Ronnie Scotts and the Roundhouse.
She also performed in South America where she takes her latin influences. The music from this country has always been in constant creativity, with sounds like cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and others.
For “Suave”, the artist has teamed up with Colombian singer-songwriter Lianna. This one is inspired by many of Colombia’s popular independent musical trends such as hip-hop, jazz, blues, bolero, salsa, funk and other traditional styles.
Through her sounds, the artist connects her international listeners to the musical culture of Colombia and South America in general. She sees her music as a guide to the sound of Colombia.
