Tom Bertram, a rising singer-songwriter from Portsmouth, UK, has just unveiled his new single “Would You Be There?”. This song follows the release of his latest album Dig To Locate in July 2015, which managed to reach the UK Top 50. This album was Tom’s first full LP, consisting of 10 tracks all co-written and produced with Tim Bradshaw, who had already collaborated with John Mayer and David Gray.
Moreover, Tim Bradshaw is behind the production of “Would You Be There?”. The song shows off Tom Bertram’s Pop and Rock style, inspired by such international stars as Shawn Mendes and 5sos. The track features good guitar licks and a catchy chorus. The main topic is love and relationships, as the singer croons: “If I lost all my possessions if I pursued this dream of mine, would you be there?”.
Tom’s music style is really radiophonic. It is not by chance that three tracks from his previous album have all had radio play on various stations including the BBC. Furthermore, Tom has been interviewed and has played live on both the BBC and independent radio around the country.
Tom’s fan base is growing daily, with the current numbers hitting over 200,000 followers on social media. We are sure “Would You Be There?” will bring him more popularity and look forward to listening to new songs very soon. In the meantime, listen to “Would You Be There?” below:
