Tom Hardy Set To Return For ‘Peaky Blinders’ Season 3 | TV News
Great news for fans of Tom Hardy and Peaky Blinders, it has been confirmed that the Mad Max actor will be back for the show’s third series as Alfie Solomons. The third installment is expected to make a return to screens in 2016 (and Netflix but of course), where we will see Tom join fellow cast mate Cillian Murphy, back on the mean streets of Birmingham.
Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight has teased some more big name appearances, “We have new big roles that are written and have enormous interest from really good people. We’re hoping to land some good names… The response from everyone and people in the business has been unbelievably good, so we’re in a good place for approaching people who wouldn’t normally do this sort of thing“. It makes me so happy to hear news like this; that actors of a certain level and big screen stars aren’t afraid to participate in or think that their too big to star in the small screen, it’s really refreshing.
