‘In 2018, women are killing it!‘ Or killing us? At least with laughter after watching the first trailer for the upcoming action comedy The Spy Who Dumped Me. This isn’t a real surprise thinking about the cast. Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon together in one film? This nearly screams comedy at the audience.
This film gives the whole Bond films and parody spy films a female twist. Something that hasn’t really happened before. It follows two best friends who become a part of an undercover spy mission after Audrey’s ex-boyfriend shows up with assassins on the hunt for him. These two aren’t great at this job that is pretty clear.
The film also stars Justin Theroux as the ex. The cast is completed with Sam Heughan, Hasan Minhaj, and Gillian Anderson. This comedy will arrive in cinemas on August 3.
