Dolce & Gabanna and Supreme May Be Collaborating Soon | Fashion News

After Supreme’s collaboration with Louis Vuitton – definitively the collaboration of the year – fans and hypebeasts alike have been wondering if there will be another designer collaboration on the way. One person who is turning the rumour mill is half of the design duo, Stefano Gabbana.

Stefano Gabbana seems to be hinting as much. Though nothing has been confirmed through Dolce & Gabbana’s own social media channels, and the brand itself has not responded to The Hollywood Reporter‘s inquiry on the matter, the designer began reposting Instagrams from Supreme fan sites on his personal account, further fueling the DG x Supreme rumors.

According to one of the accounts re-‘grammed’ by Gabbana, the collab would drop as early as this fall.

From the perspective of the Italian fashion house, the move makes sense. When it comes to embracing millennials, Dolce & Gabbana has pulled out all the stops, from hiring a cast of ‘DG Millennials’ who were glorified with their very own #DGMillennial campaigns and coffee table books, to sending purse-carrying drones down the runway for the fall 2018 fashion show.

Other things millennials love: streetwear. Specifically, the creme de la creme of streetwear, Supreme. And if the highly buzzed-about menswear collaboration between the New York-based brand and Louis Vuitton is any indication, where Supreme goes, the hypebeasts will follow.
