East London rap and drill artist Kiz has dropped a romantic drill piece “In My Feelings”. It might be a question as to how these two genres integrate with each other since they sound like two different side of the stick.
However, Kiz may have found the perfect amount for a romantic drill track. Track opens with a romantic guitar element and it proceeds with his verse that flows well with the beat and the guitar element.
Kiz’s latest song, “In My Feelings,” is a showcase for his breadth of talent. With this song, Kiz breaks out of the mould, bringing a new perspective on the genre and delivering for the ladies with this passionate Love-drill track.
Kiz’s previous singles were energy-driven and adhered to the fundamentals of drill music. In this song, Kiz lets you in on his vulnerability and opens up. The romanticised feeling that is created by the gentle melody, relatable lyrics, and catchy chorus will reside rent-free in your head.
The aspiring East London rapper started releasing music in 2022, and in his first year of being a musician, he has already amassed over 1 million independent streams across DSPs. Kiz has a number of releases planned for 2023, including a debut EP, and he shows no signs of slowing down.
