Not too dissimilar to True Detective, in the new season of Fargo, we are being treated to a host of new faces. A fresh new cast, comprising of Kirsten Dunst, Patrick Wilson, Jesse Plemons and Ted Danson, will be hitting our screens with a fresh new story. This time we’ll be getting a bit of organised crime set against a 70’s backdrop. Sounding good?
Well last month, producer Warren Littlefield had fans literally salivating as he revealed “the second season is really is about the corporatisation of America. It’s the difference between a mom and pop family business and a Walmart… It’s the Kansas City Mob basically looking to do a hostile takeover of the Gerhard crime family. In the middle, we have a couple, Ed and Peggy Blomquist, and they get caught in the middle of a war between these two crime factions“.
