A teaser has been released for this year’s venture into the world of Sharknado. Surprisingly a cult hit, Sharknado, which was unleashed on us back in 2013, saw a shark infested cyclone hit LA. In 2014, it returned back to our screens with its sequel Sharknado 2: The Second One, where the shark infested cyclone hit New York. This time Sharknado hits Washington.
The film stars Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, and David Hasslehoff and has a whole range of cameos including Frankie Muniz, Jerry Springer, Lou Ferrigno, Jackie Collins, Ne-Yo, Rick Fox, Ray J, Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison, and many more.
The trailer is all kinds of cringey, but as the franchise is a guilty pleasure and I’m pretty sure the film will be a hit with the fans. See how long you can last watching the trailer without cringing. The song alone is something in itself. All it leaves me wondering is where will the Sharknado hit next (please stay away from London)? Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! airs on July 22 on Syfy in the US, and on July 23 at 10pm, in the UK.
