Wilco Streams ‘Every Other Summer’ Documentary For Free | Music News



The Chicago based band Wilco are giving the opportunity to 10,000 fans to watch their documentary for free. Earlier this year, the band unexpectedly released their latest album titled Star Wars for free. The availability to watch the documentary for free will last for seven days coinciding with Thanksgiving weekend. Every Other Summer is a full length documentary about Wilco’s solid sound festival shot in 2013, directed by Christoph Green and Brendan Canty of Trixie Films.


It documents Wilco’s three-day music and arts gathering that happens at MASS MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts and features performances by Wilco, Yo La Tengo, Neko Case, The Dream Syndicate, Lucius, Foxygen, Sean Rowe, The Relatives and Sam Amidon.
