Festival No.6 is Portmeirion’s award winning music, arts and culture festival, and is a festival unlike any other, in a place like no other. Festival No.6 is an intimate, bespoke banquet of music, arts and culture, taking place over the weekend of the 7-10 September in the magical village of Portmeirion, Wales, home of the cult TV series The Prisoner.
The carefully curated and eclectic live line-up includes The Flaming Lips, Mogwai, Bloc Party, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Bootleg Beatles, The Cinematic Orchestra, Wild Beasts, Rag’n’Bone Man, Laura Mvula, Kate Tempest, The Cribs and Jagwar Ma.
Also on the bill for 2017 includes DJ sets from Goldie, Hercules and Love Affair, Joy Orbison, Benji B, Joe Goddard Live, Mr Scruff, Horse Meat Disco, Justin Robertson, Gerd Janson as well as an arts and culture programme that includes The Brythoniaid Welsh Male Voice Choir, Maxine Peake, Steve Davis, Coco Khan, Vera Chok, Ian Martin plus many more.
