Tom Jones: ‘BBC Can Go F**k Themselves’ | Music News
Legendary Welsh singer Sir Tom Jones has spoken out regarding his recent departure from BBC talent-show The Voice. The Voice features four ‘vocal coaches’: singers who have achieved success in their respective fields. Jones, who had featured on the show since its inception in 2012, was not asked to return for the new season.
Talking to the Sunday Times, Jones stated, “I don’t give a f*ck…I enjoyed it, but if they don’t want me any more, they can go f*ck themselves.” After the new vocal coaches were revealed, Jones wrote a post on his Facebook page, sharing his thoughts on the matter: “I was told yesterday…that I would not be returning…This sub-standard behaviour from the executives is very disappointing”.
