Tommy Flanagan Joins ‘Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2’ | Film News

Here comes another major casting announcement for Guardians of The Galaxy: Vol 2, and this time they seem to have found someone with a bit more brawn. Coming straight out of FX’s Sons of Anarchy, Tommy Flanagan who played ‘Chibs’ Telford will be joining Chris Pratt and the rest of the gang for a yet to be specified role.

The news comes following the confirmation that Kurt Russell will indeed have a role in the film, and will also appear alongside Elizabeth Debicki, Chris Sullivan and Pom Klementieff.

Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 is slated for release on April 2017 in the UK and May 2017 in the US, and will see the heroes in a story that would contribute to the eventual Infinity War.
