Ben Howard Announces Two Shows At Royal Festival Hall In September | Music News

Ben Howard has recently released two new tracks from his highly anticipated Collections From The Whiteout album.

Ben Howard is a British singer, songwriter and composer who started his career with the self-released debut EP Games In The Dark followed by two more EPs These Waters in 2009 and Old Pine in 2010, followed by his debut album Every Kingdom in 2011.

His second LP I Forget Where We Were, which was released in 2014 became his first number one album, and now his fourth LP Collections From The Whiteout is about to be released on March 26, 2021.

Earlier this year, Howard shared “Crowhurst’s Meme” and “What A Day-Edit”, both went live on February 3 and January 26 respectively. On top of that, last Friday, on February 26, the singer released “Follies Fixture” and “Far Out”, two tracks from the upcoming LP release.

The singer commented on the latest release: “I wanted it to have a very British rhyming slang feel and a Roald Dahl sense of macabre humor. I fear my tinkering with it has made it a little more plain and serious. ‘Follies Fixture’ is a love song. It deals with an apathetic period of my life searching for routine in Paris“.

Besides, Ben surprised fans with the long-awaited announcement of upcoming gigs at London’s Royal Festival Hall that will take place in September 18 and 19. The tickets sale will be available from his website from next Friday (March 5) with the pre-sale starting two days earlier.

We congratulate Ben on the new releases and can’t wait till the new album and September performances!
