Beyoncé’s Music May Be Removed From TIDAL | Music News
In a bizarre twist, Beyoncé’s back-catalogue may be removed from TIDAL, the music-streaming service that she co-owns with her husband Jay Z. In a strange series of events, her record label are demanding a large cash sum as an advance before allowing Beyoncé to place her music on the site and, if this is not met, then TIDAL will not contain the music of one of its founders. In other news, TIDAL is not doing as well as predicted, as many of the 900,000 original subscribers merely cancelled their membership after a free trial.
