Cara Delevingne Lands Acting Role On Sky Drama ‘Timeless’ | TV News
Supermodel Cara Delevingne will make her TV acting debut on Sky Arts’ upcoming show Timeless. The model made her film acting debut in 2012 film Anna Karenina starring Keira Knightly. The Timeless show is part of a Playhouse series by Sky which offers temporary slots for new dramas and comedies on the arts channel.
On the show, Cara Delevingne plays the fiancé of a soldier stationed in Afghanistan, Sylvia Syms will play her grandmother who she gets closer to while her fiancé is away. Timeless will air on Sky Arts on June 19, 2014. Delevingne is known for her frequent appearances on the runway and as the face of marketing campaigns such as Burberry. She is often seen socialising with fellow model Jourdan Dunn, Rita Ora and Rihanna. The 21-year old model will also star in an upcoming thriller The Face of an Angel which will be in UK cinemas this year.
