It looks like Matt LeBlanc is having the time of his life since joining Top Gear, as he was seen driving around in a £250,000 Rolls-Royce on set. With co-host Chris Evans not in sight, the former Friends star appeared to be putting the beautiful blue vehicle through its paces around Ireland’s Ring of Kerry; where he took time to pose for some photos.
Recently, the returning BBC show has faced huge criticism following the disturbance and upset caused when the presenting duo were performing doughnuts around the Cenotaph war memorial – an act that was branded as “disrespectful”.
Reports have also suggested that LeBlanc and Evans had “fallen out” over the incident, to which Evans jokingly tweeted: “Just been on the phone to @Matt_LeBlanc to confirm we are ‘at war’ as reported in The Sun today. He says, ‘sure, whatever…’ Why I oughta”! LeBlanc also saw opportunity to sarcastically deny the allegations: “I’m at war with @achrisevans? That’s funny, I thought we were pals”.
Check out the set photos below and see Top Gear return this May on BBC Two; with official date yet to be confirmed.
