Christiano Ronaldo Feels He Has ‘Given Too Much Away’ In Documentary | Film News
Whether you admire him for his footballing skills or his looks, Christiano Ronaldo is undoubtedly one of the most easily recognised sports icons. With an estimated net worth of $310 million, the football legend is now set to increase his repertoire in his newly released documentary that is aimed to show the Portugal captain in a different light and away from the pitch.
However, Ronaldo has recently admitted that he might have given away “too much” about himself, but he ultimately enjoyed the experience. “Too much? Maybe, but I just had fun.I don’t regret anything. I feel unbelievable. When you do something people will find reason to criticise you, but it’s normal. Since I was a young boy I always felt special. I saw the people looked at me with different eyes. I feel very comfortable with the cameras, with the media”.
The documentary was created by the same production team behind films about singer Amy Winehouse and Formula One racer Ayrton Senna. It reveals some extremely personal information, including how his mother wanted to abort him after conception and why he has never revealed who his son’s mother is, he also discusses his father and brother’s problems with alcoholism. See the documentary in cinemas now.
