New Netflix series A.K.A Jessica Jones is raking up quite the impressive cast with Dr. Who star David Tennant joining as Zebediah Kilgrave, otherwise known as the dastardly Purple Man. Krysten Ritter is already signed on as Jessica Jones with Mike Colter as Luke Cage. The new Marvel series will see Jones picking up life after a short stint as a superhero, dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder she opens up a detective agency, who’s client are both normal people and superheros!
Tennant has played a small villain role before in Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire and did a knock out job, so it will be great to see him take on a bigger, badder part! Tennant’s Purple Man holds the power to cause chemically-induced mind control. With a sinister history with Jones, this should be a really great character for Tennant to sink his teeth into! Excited news for the well deserving actor, the Netflix series is going to begin streaming later this year.
