Denise Van Outen probably didn’t have time to sit down in court before the judge decided in just 90 seconds to grant her a divorce from husband Lee Mead. TV presenter and theatre star Van Outen met Mead on the talent show Any Dream Will Do in 2007, which he went on to win. Two years later, the couple announced their engagement, marrying in the Seychelles in April 2009. A year after that, the couple had their first child together, a daughter named Betsy.
In July 2013, the couple released a statement saying they had split up, but would remain good friends. The judge ended their marriage on the grounds it had irreversibly broken down, and that Van Outen, 41, and Mead, 34, had lived apart for over two years. Van Outen is now dating commodities trader Eddie Boxshall.
