German Ghanaian Artist Kingsley Q Releases New Single ‘Angel’ For His Late Mother

Kingsley Q‘s fourth release of the year, “Angel,” has been released, and it is a very intimate song with a message about his late mother.

The pop-R&B song’s lyrics were written by Jeano Malea and co-authored by Listen to Berlin Award winner Kingsley. It was produced by Alexander Justus, nicknamed Fuego Blazini, who was once associated with US music icon superstar Mario Winan, and mixed and mastered by Paco Bose (Lex Barkey).

Kingsley Q characterizes his music as having “expressive voice, groovy vibrations.” He currently has over 11 million streams and has performed at numerous performances in prominent Berlin clubs and venues alongside worldwide artists like Nneka, Tank & The Bangas, JP Cooper, Ruel, and others.

The remarkable Listen To Berlin Award winner transitioned from a nursery to a church chorus, a church choir to a stage art school, and a music academy to the music industry. His deep voice can be heard in all of his tracks, regardless of the musical style.

He finished his singing training at the “Academy,” a stage school and performing arts center when he was fifteen. Kingsley has since dominated the stage ever since. Kingsley Q even helped respected performers like rapper BRKN and singer Ivy Quainoo by lending his expressive and recognizable voice to them.

He also triumphed in the talent competition “The Battle” thanks to his magnificent performance. He reimagined Pharrell Williams‘ song “Happy” (Berlin Dance Edition) with his sound, and it received more than 1.5 million views on YouTube.

Kingsley Q sends his 4th release of the year into the race with “Angel”. A very personal song, whose content deals with his late mother.
