Go Behind The Scenes Of ‘Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker’ | Film News

Vanity Fair has unveiled new pictures taken by the famous photographer Annie Leibovitz for the upcoming Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker movie, directed by J.J. Abrams, which will conclude the current trilogy saga, with fans enthusiastic to see some sneak peek of the film.

The photoshoot takes place in Jordanie Desert and takes us behind the scenes on the set of the film. The most exciting thing is the introduction of new characters such as the Knights of Ren, who appear in the first Star Wars movie, The Forces Awaken, and are described as “fearsome elite enforcers of Kylo Ren’s dark will“.

In addition to the new characters, Zorri Bliss played by the actress Keri Russell is also profiled. We know a little bit more about this character, thanks to Vanity Fair, who reveal that Zorri Bliss isn’t choosing the light or dark side, they’re merely playing the game in whatever way that benefits them the most. The villainous Allegiant General Pryde, played by Richard E. Grant and Jannah who was in Star Wars Celebration (Naomi Ackie), also feature.

Our fan-favourites actors Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher, all also return and can be seen in the behind-the-scenes feature with Vanity Fair. The movie will hit the cinema on December 20. Check the photos down below, and see the behind the scenes video underneath.
